    Setup ticket types for tours in RMS.

    Setup Ticket Type

    Tickets enable setting the admission type or number and type of guests included at each price point for a tour when using the Tour Desk module in RMS.

    The number of adults, children, and infants included is set on the ticket type with pricing for each ticket set on the tour.   

    This flexibility enables sharing tickets between multiple tours whilst still setting pricing for each tour, activity, event, or experience on offer.


    Delete

    Setup Requirements

    The following is required to setup tickets in RMS:




    Setup Ticket Type

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tickets in the side menu of RMS.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Enter a Ticket Description.
    4. Enter the number of Adults, Children and Infants included on the ticket.
    5. Save/Exit.


    Delete

    Access

    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to 'Tour Desk' and 'Tickets' to complete this setup.


    Go to Setup > Tour Desk > Tickets in the side menu of RMS.

    Select the  'Add' icon.

    Enter a Ticket Description.

    Enter the number of Adults, Children and Infants included on the ticket.

    Select the  'Save/Exit' icon to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    This Ticket Type will now be available for selection when setting the pricing on a Tour in RMS.
