Users can change the information displayed on the Booking Chart and save their preferences without changing it for other users.

The Booking Chart provides an overview of all reservations at the selected property, simplifying reservation management for users.
Below are the reservation options available on the Booking Chart in RMS.
Information
The Booking Chart is a visual representation of all reservations with an Area allocated at the selected property for the viewed date range.
Reservations can be managed directly on the Booking Chart including Add Reservation, Edit Reservation, Check-in, Check-out, Horizontal Moves, Move Reservation, Housekeeping Status, Maintenance, Park Reservation, Pencil Reservation and Split Reservation.
A Product Tour will display for users to give a tour of the Booking Chart features and can be dismissed by selecting 'Got it' on the last page of the tour.
Closing the Product Tour before selecting 'Got it' will prompt the tour to show the next time the Booking Chart is opened in a new user session.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Booking Chart to use these features.
