Booking Chart Add Ons

Add Ons are extra inventory items that can be booked with a reservation including carparks, cots, rollaway beds, bicycles and more.

Displaying Add Ons on the Booking Chart gives users a visual overview of their availability whilst managing reservations.

Displaying Add Ons on the Booking Chart is a preference that can be set per user.

Add Ons must be setup in RMS before they can be displayed on the Booking Chart.

Users will require Security Profile access to the Booking Chart and the Add On Categories to display them on the Booking Chart in RMS.

Go to Charts > Booking Chart in RMS.

Select the 'Options' icon.

Select the 'Show Add Ons' Toggle.

Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

Add Ons will now be displayed on the Booking Chart for this user in RMS.
