Create a new reservation from the Toolbar Menu in RMS.
The Add Reservation icon available on the Toolbar Menu enables users to create a new reservation without navigating away from their current view.

The Add Reservation icon available on the Toolbar Menu enables users to create a new reservation without navigating away from their current view.
The Reservation Screen provides central management of individual bookings and their guests in RMS.
The Category, Area and Rate Type available for selection on the reservation are determined by the Rate Setup, Restrictions, Availability, Allotments and Security Profiles.
Additional tabs will display depending on the setup and modules used in RMS.
Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.
Category, Area, Guest, Reservation and Rate are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

- Select the 'Add Reservation' icon on the Toolbar Menu in RMS.
- Enter the Guest Details.
- Select the Arrive & Depart Dates.
- Enter the Number of Guests.
- Select a Category.
- Select an Area.
- Select a Rate Type.
- Optional: Select a Booking Source.
- Optional: Select a Company.
- Optional: Select a Travel Agent.
- Save/Exit.
Fields displayed in blue will require data entry before saving the reservation.
Select a matching Guest Profile from the Smart Search after entering the Guest Details if the guest has stayed previously and has an existing Guest Profile.
The Category, Area and Rate Type available for selection on the reservation are determined by the Rate Setup, Restrictions, Availability, Allotments and Security Profiles.
