    In/Out Movements: Columns

    Set the column display on In/Out Movements in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reservations > In/Out Movements in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Set Columns' icon.
    3. Select the checkbox for Columns to Display.
    4. Optional: Reposition Columns.
      1. Select a Column Heading.
      2. Select the Up or Down arrow.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Defining the columns to be displayed and the display order of the columns ensures only the information relevant to the user is visible on In/Out Movements.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reservations > In/Out Movements in RMS.

    Select the 'Set Columns' icon.

    Select the checkbox for Columns to Display.

    Optional: Reposition Columns.

    Select a Column Heading and select the Up or Down arrow to reposition it.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to apply the changes made.

    Columns will be displayed on In/Out Movements using the selections made.
