Allow Use of Same Account on Copy or Repeat Reservations
Setup to allow sharing an account between multiple copies or repeats of a reservation in RMS.
This option will enable the ability to share a single reservation account between multiple copies or repeats of a reservation.

This option will enable the ability to share a single reservation account between multiple copies or repeats of a reservation.
Copy Reservation is a feature that allows for duplicating a reservation to new stay dates and keeping all the selected guest & reservation information.
Repeat Reservation is a feature that allows for setting up a recurring reservation for a particular guest.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Reservation Rules' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Allow Use of Same Account on Copy/Repeat Reservation'.
- Save/Exit.
- Log out of RMS.

Select the checkbox 'Allow Use of Same Account on Copy/Repeat Reservation'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
Log out of RMS to allow the database to update with the changes made.
The option 'Use Existing Accounts' will now be available when using the Copy or Repeat Reservation feature.
