    Use the Messaging feature in the Staff Portal by RMS.

    Staff Portal Messaging enables Housekeepers to send and receive messages with the property via the Message Centre in RMS.

    Staff Portal Messaging enables Housekeepers to send and receive messages with the property via the Message Centre in RMS.

    Housekeepers with a login for the Staff Portal can use the Messaging feature to communicate with the property. All users with access to Housekeeper Messaging in the Message Centre will be able to view and reply to the message in RMS.

    The Staff Portal simplifies management of housekeepers and other staff by providing a direct link between the property and the staff at work.



    Users will require Security Profile access to the Message Centre to use this feature.

    1. Log into RMS with a Housekeeper Login.
    2. Select the 'Messaging' icon.
    3. Enter the Message.
    4. Press Enter.



    Messages sent from the Staff Portal will be visible to all users with access to the Message Centre in RMS.

    Select the  'Messaging' icon.

    Enter the Message.

    Press Enter to send the message to the Property.

    All users with access to Housekeeping in the Message Centre will be able to view and reply to the message.

    Replies will be indicated in the Staff Portal by displaying a notification on the Messaging icon.
