    Staff Portal Revert a Completed Task

    Set a completed Housekeeping Task to 'Incomplete' status using the Staff Portal by RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Log into RMS with a Housekeeper Login.
    2. Select 'Housekeeping'.
    3. Select the Menu.
    4. Select 'Complete Tasks'.
    5. Swipe Right on a Completed Task.
    6. Select the 'Mark As Incomplete' button.

    Info

    Tasks that were incorrectly marked 'Completed' can be set to 'Incomplete' to appear correctly for the housekeeper to action.

    Visual Guide

    Log into RMS with a Housekeeper Login.

    Select 'Housekeeping'.

    Select the Menu.

    Select 'Complete Tasks'.

    Swipe Right on a Completed Task.

    Select the 'Mark As Incomplete' button.

    The Housekeeping Task will be reverted to 'Incomplete Status'.
