    Staff Messages

    Send and receive direct messages with other staff using the Message Centre in RMS.

    The Message Centre enables RMS users to send and receive direct messages with other users at the property.

    The Message Centre enables RMS users to send and receive direct messages with other users at the property.



    Users will require Security Profile access to the Message Centre to use this feature.

    Use

    1. Select the Message Centre icon on the Toolbar Menu in RMS.
    2. Select the Message Type 'Staff'.
    3. Select the 'Add Message' icon.
    4. Select the RMS User.
    5. Select 'Proceed'.
    6. Enter the Message.
    7. Select 'Send Message'.



    Send group messages by selecting multiple RMS Users.

    Select the Message Centre icon on the Toolbar Menu in RMS.

    Select the Message Type 'Staff'.

    Select the  'Add Message' icon.

    Select the RMS User.

    Select  'Proceed'.

    Enter the Message.

    Select  'Send Message'.

    The conversation will display under the 'Staff' Message Type in the Message Centre.

    The recipient RMS user will see the notification on the Message Centre to indicate a new message has been received.

    Recipient users can reply by selecting the conversation and entering the reply message.

    The full conversation can be seen by all users involved.
