Reply to Guest Messages On the Go
Replying to guest messages on mobile or tablet in RMS.
Steps Required
- Log into RMS 9+ on a mobile or tablet.
- Select Messaging on the home screen.
- Select the Message Type from the menu.
- Select a Message Thread.
- Enter the Reply Message and select the 'Send' icon.
