Bulk Copy Reservations
Copying multiple Reservations at the same time in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to Reservations > In/Out Movements in RMS.
- Select the required Screen View.
- Select the required Reservation Dates.
- Select 'Search'.
- Select the checkbox for all required Reservations.
- Select 'Bulk Copy'.
- Select the new Reservation Dates.
- Select 'Copy'.
- Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Reservations > In/Out Movements in RMS.
Select the required Screen View.
Select the required Reservation Dates.
Select 'Search'.
Select the checkbox for all required Reservations.
Select 'Bulk Copy'.
Select the new Reservation Dates.
Select 'Copy' to create a copy of each selected reservation using the new dates.
Select 'Exit' to return to the In/Out Movements screen.
