    View a forecast of projected accommodation revenue in RMS.

    The Projected Forecast Report provides a forecast of projected Operational Revenue in RMS.

    Information

    The Projected Forecast Report provides a forecast of projected Operational Revenue in RMS.

    The Projected Forecast by Month for the current date will display the projected accommodation revenue for the remainder of the current month plus the next six months.

    The Projected Forecase Report includes the following information:

    Occupied Nights
    Occupancy Percentage
    Accommodation Revenue
    Average Room Rate.



    Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

    Use

    1. Go to Reports > Management > Statistics > Projected Forecast in RMS.
    2. Select the Date.
    3. Build.



    Select 'More Options' on the build screen to choose up to two Groupings for the reported data.

    Select the Date.

    Select 'Build' to generate the report using the selected options.

    The Projected Forecast will display a projection of Occupied Nights, Occupancy Percentage, Accommodation Revenue and Average Room Rate using the Operational Revenue calculations.
