    Setup a Contact on a Booking Source in RMS.

    A Booking Source Contact is a person added to the Booking Source for the purpose of correspondence.

    Information

    A Booking Source Contact is a person added to the Booking Source for the purpose of correspondence.

    A Booking Source is a Lookup Table that can be used to record and report on the source of a reservation.

    Booking Source Contacts can be added to simplify communicating with any relevant parties at the source.

    The 'Contact' and 'Booker Contact' fields can be included on the Reservation Screen using Field Maintenance to select an associated Contact on the reservation.

    Contacts can be included as a merge field in Form Letters for tailored correspondence.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Booking Source in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Booking Source.
    3. Navigate to the 'Contact' tab.
    4. Select the 'Add' icon.
    5. Enter the Contact Information.
    6. Optional: Select a Grouping.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Booking Source in RMS.

    Select the  'Edit' icon on an existing Booking Source.

    Navigate to the 'Contact' tab.

    Select the  'Add' icon.

    Enter the Contact Information.

    Optional: Select a Grouping.

    Select  'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    This Contact will now be available for selection when sending correspondence from a Reservation with this Booking Source selected.
