    Multiple Form Letters

    Send multiple Form Letters in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Toolbar Reservation Search.
    2. Enter a Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
    4. Select 'Send Out'.
    5. Select the Form Letters.
    6. Select 'Open'.
    7. Select 'Email All'.
    8. Select the Email Recipients.
    9. Send/Exit.

    Info

    Selecting multiple Form Letters will send an individual email for each selected letter.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Toolbar Reservation Search.

    Enter a Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.

    Select 'Send Out'.

    Select the Form Letters.

    Select 'Open' to merge all selected Form Letters.

    Select 'Email All'.

    Select the Email Recipients.

    Select 'Email/Exit' to send the selected Form Letters.
