    Setup BridgePay (PayGuardian) for eCommerce payments in RMS.

    BridgePay PayGuardian is a Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI Compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

    BridgePay PayGuardian is a Payment Gateway available in RMS to provide PCI Compliant credit card storage and payment processing.

    Payment Gateways are an eCommerce application provided by merchant services to authorise and process credit card payments in a PCI compliant manner.

    Connecting a Payment Gateway account with RMS provides secure credit card storage, payment processing and refunds directly from an account in RMS.

    Repeat Sales must be enabled in the BridgePay account to use a Credit Card Token in RMS.

    Weblink must be activated in the BridgePay account to accept payments on the RMS Internet Booking Engine.

    Blind Refunds must be enabled in the BridgePay account before activating in RMS.



    Reservation, Guest, Account Types and Receipt Types are default System Labels that can be customised.



    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to setup this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Setup PayGuardian.
    2. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    3. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
    4. Navigate to the 'Payment Gateway' tab.
    5. Select the Toggle 'Ecommerce'.
    6. Select 'BridgePay (TGate & PayGuardian)' as the Payment Gateway.
    7. Enter the Username.
    8. Enter the Password.
    9. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.
    10. Select & Enter the Pre Authorisation Amount.
    11. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Warn if no Pre Authorisation exists on Check-in'.
    12. Optional: Setup EFTPOS Terminal Payment Gateway.
      1. Select the Toggle 'EFTPOS Terminal Payment Gateway'.
      2. Select 'BridgePay (TGate & PayGuardian)' as the Payment Gateway.
      3. Enter the Username and Password.
      4. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.
      5. Save/Exit.
      6. Setup BridgePay EFTPOS.
    13. Save/Exit.

    Select the Toggle 'EFTPOS Terminal Payment Gateway'.

    Select 'BridgePay (TGate & PayGuardian)' as the Payment Gateway.

    Enter the Username and Password.

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.

    Select the  'Save/Exit' icon to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    Setup BridgePay EFTPOS terminals.

    Credit Card payments can now be securely processed in RMS using the Property's BridgePay account.

      4. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Allow Blind Refunds'.
      5. Save/Exit.
      6. Setup BridgePay EFTPOS.
    13. Save/Exit.
