Assigning Add Ons to a specific Area
Information on allocating Add Ons to a specific Area
Add Ons can be used to manage availability of optional extras such as Rollaway beds, Cots and Carparks.
Add Ons are setup as a Category Class.
An Add On can be assigned to a specific area, and will automatically apply to new reservations made in this Area.
If the Add On is not already booked as per the specific area setup, it will be available to assign to reservations in other Areas.
Add Ons can only be added to reservations in an Accommodation category.
When assigning an Add On to a reservation options include Appear on Housekeepers Report and Charges Required Daily.
Availability can be viewed on the Add Ons Chart.
Several reports can be used for Add Ons, including Add On Reservation report and Sundry Usage report.
Users will required Security Profile access to use this feature.
