    Advance Deposit Report

    Information on the Advance Deposit Report in RMS.

    Reports > Accounting > Advance Deposit

    The Advance Deposit Report in RMS will provide a summary list of all Advance Deposits.

    Advance Deposits are any Receipt applied to a Reservation Account prior to the Reservation's Arrival Date where the Reservation Status is Unconfirmed, Confirmed or Arrived.

    The report can also be generated for a specified date range and optionally can include Receipts applied onto Guest Accounts.
