Property
Add a new Property in RMS.
System Administrators may only setup a new property without contacting RMS Sales when the RMS subscription type is 'RMS Letting'.
Non-letting subscriptions must contact RMS Sales to have a new property added to the database.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
- Select the
'Add' icon. - Enter the Property Name.
- Enter the Property Details.
- Select the Country.
- Select a Time Zone.
- Save/Exit.
- Log out of RMS.

Select the 
'Print' icon on the Property setup screen to create a printable list of all Properties setup in RMS.

Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
Select the 
'Add' icon.
Enter the Property Name.
Enter the Property Details.
Select the Country.
Select a Time Zone.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
An RMS Client ID will be assigned to the new letting property on save.
Log out RMS to allow the database to update with the changes made.
