    Default Receipt amount to Deposit value

    Information on setting the default receipt amount to the deposit value

    The Receipt amount can be set to default to the reservation deposit value.

    If there is no Deposit set on the reservation, then default will be $0.00

    The User can over-ride the receipt amount if required.


    Go to - 

    Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options.

    Select the 'Receipts and Statements' tab.

    See option 'Default Payment when Receipting To' and select 'Outstanding Deposit Amount'.

    Click 'Save\Exit'.



    Users will required Security Profile access to use this feature.
