Information
Two Factor Authentication requires all users to provide a second method of identity verification when they log into RMS using their username and password.
This additional layer of security on login makes it difficult for any unauthorised individual to access RMS even if they obtain a user's login credentials.
Users who no longer have their Authenticator Device can be provided a single use verification code by email or SMS to log into RMS.
Once logged in Users can then replace their Authenticator Device if required.
Users can receive a one-time passcode by SMS if the property is subscribed to the 1-Way SMS module.
