Users Cannot See Rate Amounts
Troubleshooting users seeing XXXX instead of the rate amount in RMS.
Have your System Administrator check the following:
- Go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.
- Edit the Security Profile for the affected users.
- Ensure 'Hide Accomm Values (Shown as XXXX) is set to 'No' under the 'General' Function menu.
- Have users log out and back in.
Go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles in RMS.
Select the Security Profile used by the affected users and choose 'Edit'.
Expand the 'General' Function menu and ensure 'Hide Accomm Values' is set to 'No'.
Toggle this option to 'No' if currently set to 'Yes' to allow users to view Rate Amounts in RMS.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
Advise affected users to log out of RMS 9+ and log back in to see the changes take effect.
