Setup Rental Sundry Charge for Concessional GST
Setting up a Rental Sundry to maintain the same Unit Price after Concessional GST in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Sundry in RMS.
- Select the Rental Sundry and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Sundry' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Keep Unit Price with Concessional GST'.
- Save/Exit.

Select the checkbox 'Keep Unit Price with Concessional GST'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
When this Rental Sundry charge is used with a Periodic or Repeat Charge that meets the criteria for Concessional GST, RMS will calculate the Concessional GST and maintain the unit price passed on to the guest.
