    Bank Transfer for IBE

    Information on Bank Transfer for IBE

    Reservations made on the RMS Internet Booking Engine can have the deposit payment made via Bank Transfer.

    The deposit required will be as per the Deposit setup in Online Options.

    When the guest selects the Bank Transfer option, the bank details will be included in the Confirmation email they receive.

    This is an option that needs to be activated in order for it to show as a payment option.


    To Activate this option, go to:

    • Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options > (Select Property if necessary) > Deposits > "Allow Deposit by Bank Transfer" 


    You will also need to add Bank account details to the Property Information.

    1. Setup > Property Options > Property Information 
    2. Select Property > Edit
    3. General Bank Account tab > Bank Account 1

    For Trust Accounting properties, the bank account details will need to be setup as below

    • Setup > Accounting > Owner Accounting Options > Bank Account Details > Trust Bank Account


    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
