    Setup an Activity for Opportunities

    Setting up an Activity to use with Sales Lead Management in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Sales Lead Management > Activity in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Enter Activity Code.
    4. Enter Activity Description.
    5. Select Associated Opportunity Types.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Sales Lead Management > Activity in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Activity.

    Enter Activity Code.

    Enter Activity Description.

    Select Associated Opportunity Types.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to create the new Activity and return to the main setup screen.
