    Rate Table: Package

    Setup a package on a Rate Table in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    2. Select 'Rates'.
    3. Select 'Rate Tables'.
    4. Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Packages' tab.
    6. Select 'Add'.
    7. Select a Sundry Charge.
    8. Select the Package Options.
    9. Select and enter the Amount to Charge.
    10. Select and enter the Charge Frequency.
    11. Select to Include or Exclude the Arrive Date.
    12. Select to Include or Exclude the Depart Date.
    13. Save/Exit.

    Info

    Packages setup on a Rate Table will only apply the package components to reservations when that Rate Table is in use.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Packages setup on a Rate Table will only apply the package components to reservations when that Rate Table is in use.
