    Property Mobile Number

    Setup the mobile number used for 1-Way SMS in RMS.

    The mobile number entered in Property Information will be used as the sender number when using the SMS module in RMS.

    The mobile number entered in Property Information will be used as the sender number when using the SMS module in RMS.

    2-Way SMS uses a separate Virtual Mobile Number that enables replies to be received directly into the Message Centre.


    Delete

    The 2-Way SMS module is required to send SMS in RMS.

    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to setup this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Property.
    3. Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.
    4. Enter the Property's Mobile Number.
    5. Save/Exit.


    Delete

    The 2-Way SMS module is required to send SMS in RMS.

    The Property Mobile Number must be entered including the country code to send SMS.

    Select the  'Edit' icon on an existing Property.

    Navigate to the 'Property Information' tab.

    Enter the Property's Mobile Number.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the Property setup.

    The mobile number entered will be used as the sender number when sending an SMS from RMS using the SMS modules.
