    Information

Out of Service is an alternative to a Maintenance Reservation that will record the Area as being affected without removing it's inventory from availability.

Out of Service can be used to alert staff to an Area being affected by a minor incident that will not prevent a Guest from occupying the space.

A Maintenance Reservation can be used to take the Area offline for repairs or other works that will prevent a Guest from occupying the space.

Out of Service will not remove the inventory from availability or prevent a Reservation whilst a Maintenance Reservation will block availability for the duration of the maintenance period.

Guest, Maintenance and Reservation are default System Labels that can be customised.

Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.
