    Guest Loyalty by Nights

    Loyalty program rewarding guests based on nights stayed at a property in RMS.

    Guest Loyalty by Nights is a guest rewards program with credit accrual determined by a guest's time spent at each property in RMS.

    Credits can be earned on sign-up, birthdays, the first stay at a new property, and every x number of nights stayed at any property up to the reservation cap.

    Guests can be enrolled into the rewards program on their Guest Profile or sign-up in the Guest Portal or on the RMS Internet Booking Engine.

    Guest rewards programs inspire loyalty, encouraging return visits with incentives that add value for the guest.

    The following features are available with the Guest Loyalty by Nights module in RMS:

    • Encourage repeat guest visits with a tailored rewards program.
    • Reward guests with credits for future stays based on their time at each property.
    • Inspire loyalty by offering enticing discount credits for each stay.
    • Offer bonus credits for sign-up and birthdays.

    Setup Requirements

    The following setup is required to use Guest Loyalty by Nights in RMS:




    Module Activation

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Module Market in the side menu of RMS.
    2. Select the toggle on the 'Guest Loyalty by Nights' module.
    3. Review the Terms & Conditions.
    4. Select the 'Activate Guest Loyalty by Nights' button.
    5. Continue to Module Configuration.


    Delete

    Access

    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to the 'Module Market' to activate Guest Loyalty by Nights in RMS.


    Go to Module Market in the side menu of RMS.

    Select the  toggle on the 'Guest Loyalty by Nights' module.

    Review the Terms & Conditions.

    Select the 'Activate Guest Loyalty by Nights' button.

    Continue to Module Configuration.





    Module Configuration

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Module Market in the side menu of RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Activated' tab.
    3. Select the icon on the Guest Loyalty by Nights module.
    4. Enter the Daily Password provided by RMS Customer Support and select the  'Apply/Exit' icon.
    5. Select the 'Configure' icon on the Guest Loyalty by Nights module.
    6. Setup Guest Loyalty Credits.
      1. Optional: Sign up Credit.
        1. Enter the Sign-up Credit Amount.
        2. Select and enter the Sign-up Credit Expiry.
        3. Select the Sign-up Credit Unassigned Credit Note.
      2. Optional: Birthday Credit.
        1. Enter the Birthday Credit Amount.
        2. Select and enter the Birthday Credit Expiry.
        3. Select the Birthday Credit Unassigned Credit Note.
      3. Optional: Park Stayed Credit.
        1. Enter the Park Stayed Credit Amount.
        2. Enter the Number of Nights at a New Park.
        3. Select and enter the Park Stayed Credit Expiry.
        4. Select the Park Stayed Credit Unassigned Credit Note.
      4. Optional: Nights Stayed Credit.
        1. Enter the Nights Stayed Credit Amount.
        2. Enter the Every X Nights Accrual Value and Limit.
        3. Select and enter the Nights Stayed Credit Expiry.
        4. Select the Nights Stayed Credit Unassigned Credit Note.
    7. Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
    8. Select the Form Letter or SMS for Guest Loyalty Sign-up.
    9. Optional: Setup Exclusions.
      1. Navigate to the 'Exclusions' tab.
      2. Expand an Exclusion Type.
      3. Select the Exclusions and choose the  button.
    10. Navigate to the 'On Sign-up' tab.
    11. Select the checkbox for the Guest Details to include on the Guest Loyalty Sign-up Form.
    12. Save/Exit.

    Access

    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to the Module Market to configure Guest Loyalty by Nights in RMS.


    Go to Module Market in the side menu of RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Activated' tab.

    Select the  icon on the Guest Loyalty by Nights module.

    Enter the Daily Password provided by RMS Customer Support and select the  'Apply/Exit' icon.

    Select the  'Configure' icon on the Guest Loyalty by Nights module.

    Setup Guest Loyalty Credits.

    Sign-up Credit

    Enter the Sign-up Credit Amount.

    Select and enter the Sign-up Credit Expiry.

    Select the Sign-up Credit Unassigned Credit Note.

    Delete

    The entered credit amount will be rewarded once on initial sign-up to the loyalty program.


    Delete

    Birthday Credit

    Enter the Birthday Credit Amount.

    Select and enter the Birthday Credit Expiry.

    Select the Birthday Credit Unassigned Credit Note.

    Delete

    The entered credit amount will be rewarded once annually on the date selected as the guest's birthday.

    Park Stayed Credit

    Enter the Park Stayed Credit Amount.

    Enter the Number of Nights at a New Park.

    Select and enter the Park Stayed Credit Expiry.

    Select the Park Stayed Credit Unassigned Credit Note.

    Delete

    The credit amount entered will be rewarded for the first reservation at each different property after the entered number of nights.

    Nights Stayed Credit

    Enter the Nights Stayed Credit Amount.

    Enter the Every X Nights Accrual Value and Limit.

    Select and enter the Nights Stayed Credit Expiry.

    Select the Nights Stayed Credit Unassigned Credit Note.

    Delete

    The credit amount entered will be rewarded when a reservation at the property meets the number of nights entered up to the maximum nights entered as the cap amount.


    Delete


    Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.

    Select the Form Letter or SMS for Guest Loyalty Sign-up.

    Optional: Setup Exclusions.

    Navigate to the 'Exclusions' tab.

    Expand an Exclusion Type.

    Select the Exclusions and choose the  button.

    Navigate to the 'On Sign-up' tab.

    Select the checkbox for the Guest Details to include on the Guest Loyalty Sign-up Form.

    Select the  'Save/Exit' icon to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    The Guest Loyalty Program will now be available for sign-up on the Guest Profile, Guest Portal, and on the RMS Internet Booking Engine.

    Loyalty members will accrue credits based on the Guest Loyalty Credits setup on the module configuration.
