    Revert Reservation

    Change an 'Arrived' reservation back to Unconfirmed or Confirmed status if checked-in mistakenly in RMS.

    Revert Reservation enables reversing the Reservation Status from 'Arrived' or 'Departed' to it's previous status.

    Information

    Revert Reservation enables reversing the Reservation Status from 'Arrived' or 'Departed' to it's previous status.

    The 'Revert Reservation' icon will appear on a Reservation in 'Arrived' or 'Departed' status for any User with Security Profile access.

    The Revert Reservation option for a Reservation in 'Arrived' status will be available until the Reservation is changed to 'Departed' status.

    The Revert Reservation option for a Reservation in 'Departed' status will be available if the Depart Date and Accounting Date are the same. 

    Once the Accounting Date passes the Depart Date on the Reservation the Reservation Status can no longer be departed.


    Delete

    Reservation is a default System Label that can be customised.

    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Use

    1. Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.
    3. Select the Revert Reservation icon.
    4. Select the Reservation Status.
    5. Select the Area Status.
    6. Save.


    Delete

    Revert Reservation is available when the Reservation Status is 'Arrived' or 'Departed'.

    Go to the Toolbar Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter the Reservation Number and press 'Enter'.

    Select the  Revert Reservation icon.

    Select the Reservation Status.

    Select the Area Status.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    The Reservation Status will be updated and any Rate created on the account when the status changed to 'Arrived' will be voided.

    3. Select the Revert Reservation icon.
    4. Select the Reservation Status.
    5. Select the Area Status.
    6. Save.
