    The Security Profile Audit Trail Report details changes in access on Security Profiles and Users.

    All changes to access of functions on a Security Profiles or changes in the Security Profile assigned to Users are included on the report.



    Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

    Use

    1. Go to Reports > Management > Security > Security Profile Audit Trail in RMS.
    2. Select a Date Range.
    3. Optional: Select a User.
    4. Optional: Select a Security Profile.
    5. Build.

    Select a Date Range.

    Optional: Select a User.

    Optional: Select a Security Profile.

    Select 'Build'.

    The Security Profile Audit Trail Report will display all changes to function access on a Security Profile or Security Profile assignment to a User Profile during the selected date range.
