Manually Enter Guest Reward Points
Adding Guest Reward Points to a Guest Profile without accrual in RMS.
Steps Required
- Go to Reservations > Guest Search in RMS.
- Enter the Guest Name and select 'Search'.
- Select the required Guest Profile and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Loyalty' tab.
- Select 'Adjust Points'.
- Enter the Number of Reward Points.
- Enter a Description.
- Save/Exit.

Select 'Adjust Points'.
Enter the Number of Reward Points.
Enter a Description.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This Point Adjustment will now be recorded against the Guest Profile.
