    User Access to Guest Rewards

    Setup Security Profile access for Guest Rewards in RMS.

    Access to Guest Rewards can enable users to setup new Promotions, Exception Dates and Loyalty Levels or adjust a guest's Reward Points.

    Access to Guest Rewards can enable users to setup new Promotions, Exception Dates and Loyalty Levels or adjust a guest's Reward Points.

    Security Profiles determine the features and functions a user has access to when operating in RMS.

    Guest Rewards is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program than can be managed in RMS.

    The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption & depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.

    Guests can be enrolled into the Guest Rewards program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS IBE or in the Guest Portal.



    Loyalty is a default System Label that can be customised.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Security Profile.
    3. Expand the 'Loyalty' Function Menu.
    4. Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Blackout' Function.
    5. Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Depreciation' Function.
    6. Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Loyalty Level' Function.
    7. Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Promotion' Function.
    8. Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Adjust Loyalty' Function.
    9. Save/Exit.

    Expand the 'Loyalty' Function Menu.

    Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Blackout' Function.

    Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Depreciation' Function.

    Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Loyalty Level' Function.

    Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Promotion' Function.

    Optional: Select Allow as 'Yes' for the 'Adjust Loyalty' Function.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    Users with this Security Profile will now have access to the selected Guest Rewards functions.
