    Guest Reward Point Depreciation Types

    Information on the Depreciation Types available for Guest Loyalty Rewards in RMS.

    Depreciation Type refers to the method for whether Guest Loyalty Reward Points should expire and if so, how this expiry is to be calculated.

    The following Depreciation Types are available for Guest Rewards in RMS:

    No Depreciation

    Guest Loyalty Reward Points will never expire in RMS.

    Per Transaction

    50% of Guest Loyalty Reward Points earned will expire one year from the date of the transaction where the points were originally accrued.

    Last Transaction

    50% of the total balance of Guest Loyalty Rewards Points earned will expire one year from the date of the last transaction posted for this Guest in RMS.
