Exclusion Dates are dates that will be excluded from point accummulation when using the Guest Rewards module in RMS.
Guest Rewards is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program than can be managed in RMS.
The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption & depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.
Guests can be enrolled into the Guest Rewards program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS IBE or in the Guest Portal.
Loyalty is a default System Label that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Loyalty > Black Out in RMS.
- Select the
'Add' icon. - Enter a Description.
- Select the Start Date.
- Select the End Date.
- Save/Exit.

Go to Loyalty > Black Out in RMS.
Select the 
'Add' icon.
Enter a Description.
Select a Start Date & End Date.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.
No reward points will be accummulated for dates in an Exclusion Date period.
