    Maximum Concurrent User Sessions

    Setup the total number of active sessions a user can have at one time in RMS.

    Maximum Concurrent User Sessions determines how many active login sessions a single user can have at any time in RMS.

    Information

    Maximum Concurrent User Sessions determines how many active login sessions a single user can have at any time in RMS.

    User Licences determine the number of different users that can be logged into RMS at the same time.

    Active Sessions enable System Administrators to review and manage the currently active login sessions for all users including the ability to end a user session.



    System Administrators will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Property Options > General Information in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Owner' tab.
    3. Enter the Max Concurrent Sessions Per User.
    4. Save/Exit.



    Changes to the maximum number of concurrent user sessions will take effect for all new login sessions after the change is made.

    System Administrators can manage the number of available User Licences in RMS Billing.

    Navigate to the 'Owner' tab.

    Enter the Max Concurrent Sessions Per User.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    Users will be restricted to the number of concurent user sessions entered for all logins after the changes have been saved.
