Enable Enterprise Access to a Travel Agent
Editing a Travel Agent for use accross all Franchise Groups in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Travel Agent in RMS.
- Select a Travel Agent and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Travel Agent' tab.
- Select the checkbox 'Available to Franchise's'.
- Save/Exit.

Select the checkbox 'Available to Franchise's'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
This Travel Agent will now be available to all Properties within the enterprise database.
