    Enable Enterprise Access to a Travel Agent

    Editing a Travel Agent for use accross all Franchise Groups in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Travel Agent in RMS.
    2. Select a Travel Agent and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Travel Agent' tab.
    4. Select the checkbox 'Available to Franchise's'.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Info

    This option is only available to Enterprise Users in the Enterprise Database. 

    Individual Franchise Group Users will not have the option to enable enterprise access to a Travel Agent.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Travel Agent in RMS.

    Select a Travel Agent and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Travel Agent' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Available to Franchise's'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    This Travel Agent will now be available to all Properties within the enterprise database.
