Setup Guest Details as Mandatory
Setting up to require users to complete Guest Details as mandatory in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
- Select the required User.
- Select the required Guest Details field.
- Select the checkbox 'On Save' or 'On Check-in'.
- Save/Exit.
Visual Guide
Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
Select the required User.
Select the required Guest Details field.
Select the checkbox 'On Save' or 'On Check-in'.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
The selected user will now be required to complete that guest information using the selected option of 'On Save' or 'On Check-in'.
