    Area Moves Report

    Reporting all guest Area changes during their stay in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Reports > Daily > Area Moves in RMS.
    2. Select the required Date Range.
    3. Optional: Select the required Category.
    4. Build.

    Info

    The Area Moves Report will show all changes to an Area on reservations with the Reservation Status of 'Arrived'.

    This report will include Area Moves for both Split Reservations and properties not using Split Reservations where the Area was changed after the guest was checked-in.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Reports > Daily > Area Moves in RMS.

    Select the required Date Range.

    Optional: Select the required Category.

    Select 'Build' to generate the report.

    The Area Moves Report will display:

    • Reservation Number
    • Guest Name
    • Date of Area Move
    • Original Category
    • Original Area
    • New Category
    • New Area
    • User
    • Reason
