    Setup a note on a Company in RMS.

    Company Notes enable properties to add General Notes or Billing Notes to a Company.

    Information

    Company Notes enable properties to add General Notes or Billing Notes to a Company.

    Billing Notes can be enabled to display in the Reservation Notes whilst General Notes will only display on the Company profile and in the Company Notes section of Quick Quote when this Company is selected.

    A Company is a business that can be added and used in RMS for Reservations, Accounts Receivable and the Corporate Portal.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Company in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Edit' icon on an existing Company.
    3. Navigate to the 'Note' tab.
    4. Select the 'Add' icon.
    5. Select a Property.
    6. Optional: Enter a General Note.
    7. Optional: Enter a Billing Note.
    8. Save/Exit.



    Billing Notes can be enabled to display in the Reservation Notes whilst General Notes will only display on the Company profile and in the Company Notes section of Quick Quote when this Company is selected.

    The General Note will be visible on the Company Profile and the Company Notes section of Quick Quote when this Company is selected.

    The Billing Note will display in the Reservation Notes when this Company is selected if setup to.
