The Rental Change Report details the Rental Schedules of price changes to Sundry Charges in RMS.
Sundry Charges are incidental charges that can be used for Repeat or Periodic Charges in addition to manual creation on accounts.
The Rental Schedule on a Sundry Charge enables scheduled price increases.
The Rental Charge Report will include the Property Name, Sundry ID, Sundry Name, GL Code, Effective Date & New Amount for the date range selected.
Users will require Security Profile access to view this report.

- Add Button
Use
- Go to Reports > Accounting > Sundry Rental Change in RMS.
- Select the Date Range.
- Optional: Select the Sundry Charges.
- Optional: Select a Group By.
- Build.
The Sundry Rental Change Report will only include Sundry Charges that have been setup with a Rental Schedule to take effect within the selected date range.

Select the Date Range.
Optional: Select the Sundry Charges.
Optional: Select a Group By.
Select 'Build' to generate the report.
The Sundry Rental Change Report will display any Sundry Charge with a Rental Schedule setup within the selected date range.

- Optional: Select a Group By.
- Build.
