    Windcave Receipt

    Process a payment using Windcave in RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Accounting > Quick Account Access in RMS.
    2. Enter the Account Number.
    3. Select 'Go to Account'.
    4. Select 'Receipt'.
    5. Select 'Credit Card (Payment Gateway)'.
    6. Select the Card Type.
    7. Enter the Receipt Amount.
    8. Process.
    9. Enter the Card Details.
    10. Submit.


    Selecting 'Process' on the Receipt Screen in RMS opens a secure payment processing window from Windcave.

    Selecting a Card Type is mandatory when applying a transaction fee to calculate the correct fee on the Receipt screen prior to payment processing in Windcave.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Accounting > Quick Account Access in RMS.
    Enter the Account Number.
    Select 'Go to Account'.
    Select 'Receipt'.
    Select 'Credit Card (Payment Gateway)'. Select the Card Type.
    Enter the Receipt Amount.
    Select 'Process'. 
    Enter the Card Details.
    Select 'Submit' to process payment via Windcave.

    A Receipt will appear on the account in RMS with a Windcave Transaction Reference Number on successful payment processing.
