    Secondary Email Field

    Setup a secondary email field on Guest Details in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
    2. Select the User 'Manager - (Default)'.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Email 2' under Guest Details.
    4. Select the field 'Email 2'.
    5. Use the Up & Down arrows to re-position.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.

    Select the User 'Manager - (Default)'.

    Select the checkbox 'Email 2' under Guest Details.

    Select the field 'Email 2'.

    Use the Up & Down arrows to re-position.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Guest Profiles will now have the ability for a secondary email to be added.
