Secondary Email Field
Setup a secondary email field on Guest Details in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Users > Field Maintenance in RMS.
- Select the User 'Manager - (Default)'.
- Select the checkbox 'Email 2' under Guest Details.
- Select the field 'Email 2'.
- Use the Up & Down arrows to re-position.
- Save/Exit.

Select the field 'Email 2'.
Use the Up & Down arrows to re-position.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
Guest Profiles will now have the ability for a secondary email to be added.
