    Online Reservations Arriving in Unconfirmed Status

    Information on when an online reservation will arrive in Unconfirmed Status in RMS.

    Online Reservations will be delivered in RMS as 'Confirmed' status except when the following conditions are met:

    • Property is not using 'Book by Category'.
    • No Deposit Taken
    • Reservation made on the RMS IBE or via Online API
