Identify Mapping Issues
Verifying connected channels are mapped correctly in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
- Select the Channel with the Failed Delivery and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.

Verify all Retail Website Categories have an RMS Category & Rate Type selected.
- Select an RMS Category & Rate Type for any listings displaying '(No Link)'.
- Save/Exit.
