    Identify Mapping Issues

    Verifying connected channels are mapped correctly in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    2. Select the Channel with the Failed Delivery and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Navigate to the 'Connection Information' tab.
    4. Verify all Retail Website Categories have an RMS Category & Rate Type selected.
      1. Select an RMS Category & Rate Type for any listings displaying '(No Link)'.
      2. Save/Exit.

    Channels that require manual adding of Retail Categories & Rate Types should have the information verified against the Channel's Extranet to ensure all combinations have been setup and mapped in RMS.
