    Customise Email Body for Receipts, Statements and Tax Invoices

    Setting up a custom email body for emailed Receipts, Statements and Tax Invoices in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.
    3. Select the 'Report' type.
    4. Select the 'Email Body' tab.
    5. Enter the custom email content.
    6. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.

    Select the 'Report' type.

    Select the 'Email Body' tab.

    Enter the custom email content.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
