Customise Email Body for Receipts, Statements and Tax Invoices
Setting up a custom email body for emailed Receipts, Statements and Tax Invoices in RMS.
Steps Required
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.
- Select the 'Report' type.
- Select the 'Email Body' tab.
- Enter the custom email content.
- Save/Exit.
