    Add Custom Notes to Receipts, Statements & Tax Invoices

    Customising the notes displayed on the bottom of Receipts, Statements and Tax Invoices in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.
    3. Select the 'Report' type to customise.
    4. Enter the custom notes to be displayed.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Print Options' tab.

    Select the 'Report' type to customise.

    Enter the custom notes to be displayed.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
