    Setup Groupings for GL Account Codes

    Configuring Groupings to be used on General Ledger Account Codes in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping in RMS.
    2. Select 'Add'.
    3. Choose 'G/L Acc Code'.
    4. Enter the Grouping name.
    5. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Grouping in RMS.

    Select 'Add' to create a new Grouping.

    Select 'G/L Acc Code' from the Use Heading For menu.

    Enter the name for the new Grouping.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
