    RMS Billing Payment Methods

    Setup payment information for subscriptions in RMS.

    RMS Billing enables properties to manage the payment information used to pay for the RMS subscription and elected modules.

    Information

    RMS Billing enables properties to manage the payment information used to pay for the RMS subscription and elected modules.

    The updated payment information will be used for any automated billing from the date the changes are made.

    Incorrectly entered payment information or insufficient funds in the account may lead to service disruptions and late fees.

    Properties accepting payments on the RMS IBE using the RMS Payment Gateway can update their bank details for deposits using RMS Billing.



    Modules cannot be activated in the Module Market without valid payment information setup in RMS Billing.

    Enterprise System Administrators can update the billing at the Enterprise level or Property level.

    Australian & New Zealand customers can use Visa or Mastercard as a payment method.



    RMS Billing information can only be updated by the System Administrator.

    Setup

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to RMS Billing in the Side Menu of RMS.
    2. Select a Property.
    3. Navigate to the 'Payment Methods' tab.
    4. Add Payment Information.
      1. Optional: Select the 'Add' icon on Direct Debit Information.
        1. Enter the Account Name.
        2. Enter the BSB.
        3. Enter the Account Number.
        4. Save/Exit.
      2. Optional: Select the 'Add' icon on Credit Card Token.
        1. Enter the Card Holder Name.
        2. Enter the Card Number.
        3. Enter the Card Expiry.
        4. Enter the CVV.
        5. Select 'Process Token'.
    5. Select the Subscription Fees Payment Method.
    6. Select the Modules Payment Method.
    7. Save/Exit.



    Atleast one payment method must be entered.

    Pay by Credit Card is only available to Australian properties.

    Go to RMS Billing in the Side Menu of RMS.

    Select a Property.

    Navigate to the 'Payment Methods' tab.

    Add Payment Information.

    Optional: Select the  'Add' icon on Direct Debit Information.

    Enter the Account Name, BSB & Account Number.

    Select ‘Save/Exit’ to store the changes made and return to Billing.

    Optional: Select the  'Add' icon on Credit Card Token.

    Enter the Card Holder Name, Card Number, Card Expiry & CVV.

    Select 'Process Token' to securely store the credit card information.

    Select the Subscription Fees Payment Method.

    Select the Modules Payment Method.

    Select ‘Save/Exit’ to store the changes made and leave the setup.

    The Payment Methods selected will be used for RMS Billing on the next scheduled charge date.
