    Rate Table: No Show Fee

    Setup a No Show Fee in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
    2. Select 'Rates'.
    3. Select 'Rate Tables'.
    4. Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.
    5. Navigate to the 'No Show Fee' tab.
    6. Select and enter the Amount to Charge.
    7. Select a Sundry Charge.
    8. Save/Exit.

    Info

    No Show Fees can be setup to be applied to a reservation when set to 'No Show' status.

    No Show is a status that can be used to mark a reservation where the guest did not arrive or make contact with the property to make alternate arrangements for their reservation.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.

    Select 'Rates'.

    Select 'Rate Tables'.

    Select an existing Rate Table and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'No Show Fee' tab.

    Select and enter the Amount to Charge.

    Select a Sundry Charge.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Changing a reservation to 'No Show' status will prompt to apply the selected Sundry Charge to the account as a No Show Fee.
